We are pleased to announce we are now a member of the Disability Confident scheme, and are Disability Confident Committed!
We have committed to the following
* Ensure your recruitment process is inclusive and accessible.
* Communicate and promote vacancies.
* Offer an interview to disabled people.
* Anticipate and provide reasonable adjustments as required.
* Support any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work.
Our organisation runs on the support of some incredible volunteers who are disabled and we are now moving towards disabled paid staff who have the necessary skills to support our communities in which we work.
I hope you will agree that we have been able to do this for a while now, and will join us on our journey to continue to provide opportunities for disabled people.
Did you know WE are able to raise funds from cashback on YOUR day to day online shopping?
You shop - brands donate to Impetus Dance Community Interest Company - it doesn't cost you anything more than your usual online shop. The only tricky bit is remembering to click to your website via the app or the donation reminder which you can download onto your web browser.
It's so easy, and all monies raised goes towards supporting our dancers, volunteers, and their families.
Please consider shopping via easyfundraising we would be so grateful.
