Service Description

Seated Dance sessions ran weekly during term time online through Zoom. We ask that all participants risk assess thier own home environment prior to attending the session and understand that all who attend are taking part at their own risk. Sessions run for 45 minutes. Sessions are disigned to support those who were previously active.
